HOW DO I BUY YOUR PIECES, AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
All of my handmade work is sold through “shop updates” on nightlymade.com, which a date will be announced through my social platforms (handle: @nightlymade) and newsletter 1-3 days before the update is released inwhich you can view previews of the work that will be part of that specific shop update.
Smaller manufactured items such as pins are readily available in the shop.
DO YOU OFFER WORLDWIDE SHIPPING?
No, as of right now I am only shipping within North America (U.S. and Canada).
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
No, I do not take custom orders.
CAN I RESERVE ONE OF YOUR ITEMS?
No, I do not reserve items. I like to keep shop updates fair for all.
ARE YOUR ITEMS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
I do not recommend buying a Nightly Made doll for children younger than 6. They are art pieces for adult collectors. They are handmade, delicate, and have small pieces that are not meant to be played with.
WHEN WILL YOU BE MAKING MORE OF THE ITEM I WANT?
I treat Nightly Made and all my artwork as a creative outlet, so I can never be sure how long and if I will always be making the same products. But I’m sure you will find other products I make that you will fall in love with as well!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN THE MAIL OR STOLEN?
It is your responsibility to make sure you are getting packages sent to a safe and secure location, and that you are double-checking your address before or after checkout to make sure it is correct. I will gladly update an address before shipping an item out to ensure it gets to you safely. If your package is presumably lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS office first to see if they can do anything for you. If your package was stolen, I also recommend filing a police report. These situations happen very rarely and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Canada Customers: If you are having an issue with your package, please get in touch with Canada Post. I ship everything via USPS, the United States Postal Service; our country’s national mail service. Once the package leaves the US, it should end up with Canada Post. If you check the tracking and the package is in Canada, there is no longer anything I can do on my end, but please let me know if there are any issues and I’ll do what I can to help find a resolution to the issue.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES?
I do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. However, if you mistakenly buy something and contact me IMMEDIATELY, I will refund your order as long as I have not shipped the item out yet. Once an item has shipped, I will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstances.
WHAT IF I GET MY DOLL OR MINI PLUSH IN THE MAIL AND IT IS DAMAGED?
You will need to send me photographic proof of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the item. I quality-check each and every piece thoroughly before shipping it out. If there is photographic proof that the damage was done prior to being shipped, we can work something out.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DAMAGE MY NIGHTLY MADE DOLL?
Any damage done to your new doll after you receive it is your responsibility. I do not repair or fix dolls that get damaged once they are in your possession. Please keep your Nightly Made items safely away from animals who might potentially damage them. If your doll gets dirty, you can spot clean but do not stick it in a washing machine or dyer.
CAN I USE YOUR DESIGNS/PATTERNS?
You may use any patterns that I sell at meganmahfoud.com/shop. All other patterns can not be copied—these designs are for my use only, original to Megan Mahfoud/Nightly Made, and are my intellectual property.
